You don’t actually do anything to upload your files, you just tell Ares where the files you want to share are on your computer and that’s that. If anyone then happens to do a search for something you’ve got and they decided they want to download it then Ares will pick it up from your computer and send it to them. I was using limewire but I don’t know if it’s the best because sometimes you find fake files. You have to be careful and chose only files with bitrate, most of fake files don’t have bitrate
